Return & Exchange Policy

At Solemn Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is important to us, and while we do not offer returns, we do provide exchange services under specific valid circumstances. Exchanges are only applicable in cases where a customer receives a defective product, the wrong item, or an incorrect size. To ensure fairness and transparency, all exchange requests must be supported with a clear and unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened, showing the product and packaging condition as proof.
Customers are required to report any issue—whether it is a size mismatch, wrong item delivery, or noticeable defect—within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this time period may not be accepted. For an exchange to be approved, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and labels. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, wash marks, or tampering will not qualify for exchange under any circumstances.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories are strictly non-exchangeable. These include innerwear, socks, masks, perfumes, and accessories such as belts, rings, sunglasses, and jewellery items. These exclusions ensure product safety and hygiene standards are maintained for all customers.
Once an exchange request has been reviewed and approved by our team, Solemn Lifestyle will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. In some cases, a reverse logistics fee of up to ₹100 may apply, especially in situations of repeated exchange requests or location-based logistics requirements. All exchanges remain subject to stock availability; if the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value.
Solemn Lifestyle reserves the right to accept or decline exchange requests based on the authenticity of submitted evidence and physical inspection of the returned product.
